How if it's stormy?
Our customer care staff will decide by 5:00 p.m. the day before whether it is essential to cancel this activity due to bad weather or other factors, and they will email every participant informing them of their decision. (Refundable)

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the start of the tour are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel after that time frame, you will not be refunded.
We will meet you at the location if you join our tour after a late arrival, but the cost will not be waived.
