Experience Overview
In the heart of Tokyo, the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace offer a rare sense of space and quiet—where mature trees, open lawns, stone walls, and traces of Edo Castle come together.

During this two-hour wellness experience, you will move slowly through the gardens, leaving behind the pace of the city and settling into a calmer rhythm. The softer light and subtle seasonal changes of early autumn offer a quiet invitation to slow down.

Led by an experienced Lead Wellness Guide, you will pause, walk, and notice subtle changes in light, sound, air, and perspective. Rather than trying to see every landmark, you will experience the gardens as a place of stillness, transition, and quiet awareness.

More than a walk through a historic site, this experience offers time to quiet the noise of everyday life and discover a deeper calm at the center of Tokyo.

Highlights
• An opportunity to experience the subtle light and seasonal transition of early autumn
