This experience begins in a calm waterside setting. Guided by a Wellness Guide, you will gently walk, pause, and attune to subtle changes in the atmosphere, gradually finding your own natural pace.

Along the way, you will encounter spaces where local spiritual traditions have been preserved for generations. You will also pass through nostalgic streets and small local shops, offering a glimpse into the everyday rhythm of Tokyo.

In the latter part of the experience, the journey shifts into a more reflective space—inviting you to quietly consider the connection between inner stillness and the way we live in the world.

Rather than visiting places, this experience gently guides you through a transition—from sensing, to feeling, to understanding.

・This is a locally hosted experience with on-site meeting and dismissal.
・Please make your own way to the designated meeting point by the specified time.
・This experience may be cancelled if fewer than 2 participants register.
・Unless heavy rain or severe weather is forecast, the tour will be held as scheduled.
・Please bring rain gear, an umbrella, a hat, or a towel as appropriate for the weather
・If you arrive late on the day of the experience, you may be able to join partway through; however, refunds or discounts will not be provided.

Weather Policy:
If heavy rain or severe weather is forecast, we will decide by 5:00 PM the day before whether the experience will go ahead, and notify the booking representative by email.
If the experience is cancelled due to weather or other unavoidable reasons, the full experience fee will be refunded.

This experience includes walking through natural green spaces and light physical activity. For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation for the following:

・Guests using strollers or wheelchairs
・Guests who have difficulty walking independently
・Guests with severe back pain
・Guests who are pregnant
・Guests with heart conditions or other serious illnesses

Cancellation Policy:
As this is a small-group experience, the following cancellation policy applies:

・Free cancellation up to 3 days before the experience (Japan Standard Time).
・Cancellations within 2 days of the experience: 100% of the fee.
