Experience Overview
Even in the heart of Tokyo, there are places where the rhythm of the city becomes quiet—where water, garden design, and Edo culture gently come together.

This experience begins in Kyu-Yasuda Garden, a historic Japanese strolling garden once designed with the idea of tidal water. Surrounded by water, trees, and open space, you will slow down, notice the reflections on the pond, and settle into a calmer pace.

Guided by a Wellness Guide, you will experience the garden not only as a scenic place, but as a carefully designed space for rest, transition, and quiet awareness.

In the latter part of the experience, you will visit the Edo-Tokyo Museum, where the daily life, urban design, and living wisdom of Edo come into focus.

Rather than simply visiting a garden and a museum, this experience guides you from garden calm to a deeper understanding of how nature, culture, and urban life have long been connected in Tokyo.
